The world was a very different place just ten or so years ago. Reality television was at its peak, the viral video star was new news, and we all had more youthful looking skin. All of the people on this list became famous in one way or another— but that fame wasn’t made to last.

Rebecca Black

Rebecca Black got her fifteen minutes of fame back in 2011 when she was just a teenager. She released an out of tune music video on YouTube called “Friday,” and the rest is history.

Rebecca has been popping up on the internet every now and again. In 2013 she released another video called “Saturday,” and in 2018 she released a music video called “Satellite.”

Kevin Federline

Kevin Federline is best known as the father of Britney Spears’ two sons. He also appeared on The Biggest Loser.

Now he’s married to former volleyball player Victoria Prince. They have two daughters together, Jordan Kay and Peyton Marie. Kevin also has two older children with his first fiancé, Shar Jackson.

Nancy Kerrigan

Nancy Kerrigan rose to fame for being a super talented figure skater, but what really made her a household name was a 1994 attack on her knee at a skating rink. It was the whack felt around the world.

Now she’s a married mother of three. She’s also the subject of the documentary The Price of Gold.

Tonya Harding

Speaking of the whack heard around the world, Tonya harding was Nancy Kerrigan’s competition at the 1994 olympics. She may or may not have been directly or indirectly involved in that knee attack.

Tonya was banned from figure skating competitions in the ’90s. She was recently the subject of a biopic called I, Tonya, and she did a stint on Dancing with the Stars.

Lauren Conrad

Lauren Conrad was on a TV show called The Hills that aired in the early 2000s. Now she’s the founder of the fashion lines LC Lauren Conrad and Paper Crown.

She married William Tell in 2014, and they had their first child together in 2017.

Antoine Dodson

Antoine Dodson became a viral sensation when he was featured in a news clip in 2010. The “hide yo kids, hide yo wife” guy? Yeah, that was him. Since then he’s released a few singles and appeared on a few reality shows.

At one point Antoine said he was gay, but then in 2013 he said that he had given up homosexuality and that he wanted a wife and kids. He conceived a child with his wife in 2013. In 2018, Antoine self-identified as bisexual.

Monica Lewinsky

There’s no way we could forget Monica Lewinsky. She experienced her fifteen minutes of fame when Bill Clinton lied about having “sexual relations with that woman.”

Lewinsky left the spotlight to pursue a Master’s degree in psychology. In 2014, she started giving TED talks about cyberbullying and her experience in the White House.

Nicole “Snooki”Polizzi

Of course, Snooki’s claim to fame was being that short girl with the hair poof from Jersey Shore. She was known for partying and getting drunk, which is a nice thing to be known for, I guess.

Snooki’s taken a step back from the party life in recent years. She settled down with Jionni LaValle in 2012. They have two children together.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino

Speaking of Jersey Shore, who could forget Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino? This guy stayed on Jersey Shore for all six seasons of the reality show.

in 2012, Mike checked himself into rehab to get a handle on his oxycodone problem. In 2018, Mike announced his engagement to his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Pesce.

Nadya Suleman

Nadya Suleman was better known as “octomom,” the woman who had eight kids at once who also wanted to look like Angelina Jolie. After those eight artificially implanted embryos became whole babies, she had fourteen kids in total.

Since she became famous, Nadya worked as a stripper and appeared in adult films. She was also accused of welfare fraud.

Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin was the talk of the town during the 2008 American election. She became even more recognizable after Tina Fey did an impression of her on SNL.

In 2016 she endorsed Donald Trump, but she was very vocal about her disdain for house speaker Paul Ryan. Sarah Palin is still working in politics.

Levi Johnston

Levi Johnston was also thrust into the spotlight during Sarah Palin’s vice presidential campaign. He is the father of Bristol Palin’s child. Her baby daddy, if you will.

Levi hooked up with another lady and became a baby daddy for the second time. He ended up marrying that baby’s mom though. Levi and Sunny Oglesby now have two children together.

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton exploded onto the scene with her show The Simple Life. She was basically famous for being famous. Now Paris is working as DJ. Maybe she’s finally found a real reason for all of that fame.

She got engaged to model and actor Chris Zylka in 2018.

William Hung

William Hung became super famous after he sang Ricky Martin’s “She Bangs” at an American Idol audition. I mean, I don’t know if he really sang it, but he did something akin to singing.

Now William works as a technical crime analyst. Sometimes he makes surprise guest appearances on American Idol.

Spencer And Heidi Pratt

Heidi and Spencer were the “it” couple on the TV show The Hills. Some people thought their relationship was fake, some people swore that is was real, but years later, Spencer and Heidi are still together.

Their son, Gunner Stone, was born on October 1, 2017.

Chris Crocker

Chris Crocker was that guy on YouTube who was very concerned about Britney Spears’ wellbeing. His “leave Britney alone” video got over 4 million views in its first two days online.

He looks a lot different now than he did in that original video. He appeared on Tosh.0, and he signed up to be in an adult film.

Vanilla Ice

“Ice Ice Baby” did what no other hip hop single did before— it topped the Billboard charts. Although Robert Matthew Van Winkle, AKA Vanilla Ice, still performs sometimes, he’s been more focused on other projects.

Tila Tequila

Tila Tequila was a MySpace sensation when she first got her hit show, A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila on MTV. In 2015, Tila announced that she was working on some new music. She also became a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother.

She was evicted from the Big Brother house after just one day because people were upset that she was praising Adolf Hitler on Facebook…

Omarosa got her fifteen minutes of fame after she became the villain on the reality show The Apprentice. Even though Omarosa and Donald Trump had their differences, Omarosa became heavily involved in Trump’s administration.

She doesn’t work for Trump anymore. She left the White House on not so good terms. Omarosa said that she wouldn’t vote for Trump again.

Kato Kaelin

Kato Kaelin was a minor witness during the famous O.J. Simpson trial in 1993. Kaelin definitely capitalized on his fifteen minutes of fame. He appeared on a variety of reality shows, and he even got some small parts in movies.
