Jamie Lynn Spears

Ok, so Zoey 101 wasn’t exactly a Disney Channel show, but it has that Disney Channel show feel. I’m including Jamie Lynn on this list even though Zoey 101 aired on Nickelodeon.

Zoey 101 ended after Jamie got pregnant when she was just 16. Her daughter Maddie is 11 now, and Jamie Lynn and her husband, Jamie Watson (yes, they’re both Jamie) just had a baby girl named Ivey.

Alexa Nikolas

Alexa Nikolas played Zoey’s roommate Nicole Bristowe on Zoey 101. She was bubbly, excitable, and a little ditsy.

Alexa was written off the show in season 2 after she (allegedly) got into a fight with Jamie Lynn. Since her Nickelodeon days, Alexa has appeared in some pretty high profile shows including Mad Men, The Walking Dead, and Criminal Minds.

Erin Sanders

Erin Sanders played brainiac Quinn Pensky on Zoey 101. Like Alexa, another ˆZoey 101 alum, Erin had a small part on Mad Men during the show’s third season.

Her Instagram is honestly fire, and I low key want to be this girl IRL. She was adorable as Quinn, but now she’s a verifiable babe.

Sara Paxton

Sara Paxton starred on Darcy’s Wild Life, a show about a city girl who finds herself living in farm country. She was also a mermaid named Aquamarine in a teen movie of the same name co-staring Jojo and Emma Roberts.

Sara Paxton looks as beautiful as ever. Her Instagram is full of pictures of her tiny dogs.

Maiara Walsh

Maiara Walsh played Meena Paroom on the That’s So Raven spinoff, Corey in the House.

She had an ambiguous European accent on the show, but in real life she just sounds like an average American. Since Corey in the House ended, she’s been on other shows like Desperate Housewives andSwitched at Birth.

Christy Carlson Romano

You probably know Tahj Mowry as T.J. Henderson on Smart Guy.He also played Cousin Tahj Sammy on his sisters’ show, Sister Sister, and he was the voice of Wade on Kim Possible.

Now he’s busy making music and hanging out with his nieces and nephews. I think he still pretty much looks the same.
