Things are a little different for millennials in the age of Tinder, but for most of us, dating is pretty standard. You meet someone nice, go on a few dates, get to know each other, maybe meet the parents after a few months, then after a year or two think about moving in together or getting married.
Well, celebrities must live on an entirely different planet, because they don’t do relationships like we do. One couple holds the record after getting married four days after meeting each other. Most end in divorce, but a few of our favorites are still going strong. These celebrities went 0 to 100 in record fast time, and you have to admit, we all secretly love watching the theatrics.
Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney Is The Wedding No One Remembers

Yes, it’s true Zellweger and Chesney were married. I’m not making this up. The two met in January 2005, began dating that April, then got married nine days later on May 9, 2005.
A fast marriage usually means a quick divorce, because the two filed for separation in September that same year. What a wild ride.
Heidi Klum Finessed A New Man While Pregnant

Heidi is giving us all a lesson in “anything can happen.” Back in 2003, Heidi was dating businessman Flavio Briatore. She met singing Seal, and the two began dating while she was pregnant with Briatore’s child.
Her daughter Leni was born in May 2004 and Seal proposed that December and they married five months later. How do I get some of Heidi’s charm?

There’s a lot of Taylor Swift’s men we could have put on here, but her fling with Tom Hiddleston easily went 0 to 100 the quickest. The two were spotting kissing only a few weeks after her and Calvin Harris split.
Taylor then went to meet his family, the two had a double date with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and of course, they went swimming while Tom wore the memorable “I <3 T.S.” shirt. Hiddleswift ended after a few weeks, but the couple coming up lasted surprisingly long even though they got married after four days.
Does Nicolas Cage Do Anything Normally?

Nic met his wife Alice Kim at her work. She was only 20 when they met while she was working as a waitress at a sushi restaurant. Her and Nic began dating in February 2004 and were engaged that August.
The two are still going strong and now have one son named Kal-El, because of course, Nic would name a child after Superman.
Canada Is Collectively Apologizing For This Relationship

When Avril Lavigne and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroger announced they were dating in March 2012, Canada collectively cringed. The two were engaged after six months of dating and had the most awkward wedding.
The two separated after only a year of marriage, but don’t worry, they left us all the gift of song. The two released the duet “Let Me Go” so we could never forget their time together.
Pamela Anderson And Tommy Lee Win The Contest For Fastest Engagement

If a few months of dating before becoming engaged is terrifying to a lot of us, try four days. Pamela Anderson met Tommy Lee on February 15, 1995, and the two eloped to Cancun, Mexico four days later to get married. They ended up divorced, and have been on-and-off for years.
Pam and Tommy honestly lasted longer then I thought they would, but the couple coming up lasted way too long. We were all begging her to see the light and end it.
Why Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon Got Married

Even though both Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon had been in long-term relationships before, when they began dating in March 2008 they decided they wanted to save themselves for marriage. They must have been anxious because they got married only one month later in a Caribbean ceremony.
Surprisingly they lasted more than six years before they divorced, but the two are happy parents of twins.
Kris Jenner Worked Hard For Khloe And Lamar’s Relationship

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom met In August 2009 and were married one month later on a TV special (of course).
The marriage actually lasted more than four years, until Khloe filed for divorce in 2013. The papers were going to be finalized in 2015 until Lamar was found unconscious in a hotel room. They finally divorced in 2016.
Was Kevin Federline The Start Of Britney’s Breakdown?
Everything went downhill in Britney Spears’ personal life after her 2002 split from Justin Timberlake. She had that iconic 55-hour marriage to her childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander in January 2004. A couple of months later, Britney began seeing her backup dancer Kevin Federline.
Britney popped the question to Kevin in June that year, and they married five months later. Britney and KFed are still involved in legal battles today, but none of them include a fringe “religion” like the ex-spouses coming up.

Gigi Hadid was in a serious relationship with Joe Jonas just weeks before she began dating Zayn Malik. And Zayn called off his engagement to Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards just a few months earlier.
Gigi then appeared in Zayn’s first solo music video, they shared the cover of Vogue, and eventually split up in March 2018.
Kim Had To Out Do Her Little Sister

Not to be outdone by Khloe, Kim Kardashian began seeing Kanye West before her divorce from Kris Humphries was even finalized. Kim started dating Kanye in April 2012, and Kanye popped the question in October that year.
Marriage wasn’t the only thing they rushed. Kim was pregnant with their first child North West before the divorce was through.
Couchgate Happened Only One Month After Tom Cruise Started Dating Katie Holmes
Tom and Katie began dating in April 2005 only two months after Tom split from Penelope Cruz and only weeks after Katie called off her engagement to Chris Klien. Two months after Couchgate, Tom proposed. The two lasted almost six years before Katie filed for divorce.
According to sources, Tom’s love of Scientology was a big part of the separation, and Katie refuses to let Tom see their daughter. What’s worse: Couchgate after one month or tattoos after five days like the guy coming up got for his new bae?
Rob And Chyna Disturbed The Peace In The Kardashian Clan
This is the last Kardashian, I promise. Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna got engaged after only four months together. They never married but have one child, Dream Kardashian, together.
Between all the abuse reports and restraining orders, many people believe that Chyna was only with Rob to make her ex Tyga jealous because Tyga and Kylie were dating at the time. It’s way too confusing.
Amal Clooney Made Every Middle-Aged Woman Weep

Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney did what no one else could, she made the most eligible bachelor in Hollywood, George Clooney, fall for her. The two were only dating for only six months before he popped the question.
He had notoriously said he’d never marry again, so she must have worked some magic.
Twitter Is Shook By How Quick Pete Davidson And Ariana Grande Have Moved
Ariana Grande and SNL’s Pete Davidson officially announced they were dating on May 29, and five days later he got a tattoo of her initials and logo. The two were probably dating for a little longer than that, but maybe not.
Ariana announced her split from Mac Miller on May 9, 2018, and Pete had been dating another comedian Cazzie David for years. Something fishy is going on. Pete has admitted to having drug problems in the past. Hopefully, it doesn’t make an appearance in their relationship like it did for the couple coming up.
Naya Rivera Ended Another Engagement To Marry Ryan Dorsey

Glee’s Naya Rivera was engaged to rapper Big Sean for months until the two suddenly called it off. Big Sean was upset enough about it to write a very savage breakup song.
No one knows what really happened, but it must not have hurt Naya that much. Only three months after ending things with Big Sean, she married Ryan Dorsey. Not just engaged, married.
This Love Was A Marathon With A Sprint At The End
It took more than 20 years for these That 70s Show costars to come together in real life, but once Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis decided they were perfect for each other, there was no stopping them. Ashton was still in the middle of a divorce with Demi Moore when the two began dating.
He actually proposed to Mila the moment the divorce was final. It’s okay though because these two are endgame.
Kaley Cuoco Divorced Ryan Sweeting Because Of His Addiction
Photo credit: Mark Davis / WireImage / Getty Images
Kaley admits that her marriage to Ryan was a little rushed. They began dating June 2013, were engaged by September, and got married on New Year’s Eve.
Even though they started quick, it seemed like they would last. Sadly, she filed for divorce two years later in September 2015 because he couldn’t quit his addiction to painkillers.
Russell Brand Divorced Katy Perry By Text Message

Katy Perry was still dating singer Travie McCoy when she began seeing comedian Russell Brand. The two were dating for only three months before they got married in a private Hindu ceremony in India.
Fourteen months later, Russell sent her a text that he was filing for divorce and the two never spoke again. Yikes.

Carey Mulligan and Marcus Mumford’s relationship seemed to come out of nowhere. The two began dating in dating February 2011, were engaged in August 2011, and married April 2012.
Their relationship may look rushed, but the two were childhood pen pals who reconnected as adults after they both worked on the film Inside Llewyn Davis.
